Buggy Bootcamp - Mums and Bubs Fitness

Excellent way to meet other mums and get fit at the same time! Really enjoyed sharing the experience of fitness with my LO.

I love the flexibility of the membership. Life with a little baby doesn't always run smoothly and being able to judge on the day about if/which session I attend within my membership package is great. Doing burpees looking at the ocean also makes them just a little bit easier to do.

Such a great way to get back into fitness. Carly & Lynsay are fantastic - flexible and accomodation making it possible to exercise with a baby. I would highly recommend joining, its such a positive and fun environment!

Getting back to working out after pregnancy can be really though (Ive now done it twice). Thanks to buggy bootcamp Ive been able to do so in a environment where I feel safe that my body gets strong from the inside and out (literally) while having fun doing it. Thank you Carly and team bootcamp, Lynsay, for making me feel strong again. Cant recommend bootcamp enough for everyone post and pre pregnancy. As a bonus they are all really lovely and both me and bub made many friends. Also thank you for keeping us sane during lockdown with your amazing zoom sessions
