        incredible book selection! fairly priced considering the shops location - very much book + clothing oriented, homewears section is there but not plentiful

        I saw this lovely skirt and had to come back once I got some cash out. The store had unfortunately closed at 4pm and I was there at 4:20pm. A elderly lady refused to engage me through the window. I came back for two days seperately and they werent open due to public holidays not advertised online . I then called through to pay over the phone and the same lady answered said it wasnt on hold, refused to look in the store, said they didnt do phone payment ect. I just felt really discouraged by her lack of empathy or help. Not great or normal for a charity store. Other staff and product seemed helpful and nice quality.
