When I broke my wrist Riley was a great support. He went above and beyond in his thorough explanations and expert advice. Setting me up with a series of regular exercises I was able to build up my wrist strength and improve mobility post surgeries. Thanks to Riley I had a speedy recovery and I finally have the confidence to get back in the gym!

Riley is awesome! I had a pesky finger injury which he helped me get under control. I've also been using him during my recovery from surgery and it's been essential to my quick recovery. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Riley is great and goes above and beyond! Came highly recommended by a friend, and helped me look into exercises and prevention for issues I'm been having with my wrist. Would definitely recommend, especially to other climbers!

I would highly recommend Riley to any of my friends and family. I came to him a couple months ago with a pesky wrist injury sustained from work and an aggravated shin that had kept me from climbing for around 6 weeks. I was very upset and frustrated with my inability to climb and within a few weeks of seeing Riley I was back on the wall and feeling much more confident. He went above and beyond any physio I had seen before and did a great job of actually explaining all my injuries in detail. After every appointment, Riley texted me a summary of our session with all the exercises I had to do for the week and even linked videos for proper form and technique. These summaries made all the difference to me. I have seen my fair share of physios in the past who haven't given me the time of day, who glossed over multiple exercises to do and by the time I left the session I had already forgotten everything. But with Riley, I had a plan of action that was written down and easy to follow. I will be going back to Riley with any future climbing injuries, and you should to! :)
