Funnily enough, the thing that made us decide to go with Simon was because he counselled us that we weren't selling at the ideal time.. Everyone else was promising the earth. He was correct - every month that our home was on the market, the RBA put the interest rates up. Despite these difficult conditions, Simon couldn't have worked harder and he provided us with a great deal of valuable feedback after each inspectionand was always available to talk and answer questions.. I felt we got very personal service and was delighted for both of us when we achieved a sale at a price we were happy with.
