The Back Physio

I had what was suspected as a bulging disc in my lower back, probably from overtraining and bad posture/sitting habits at home, and was getting really bad pain between the vertebrea and in the muscles around it. I started seeing Kate late Feb 2021 and within the first few treatments, and with some adjustments to my training, the problem improved significantly. Within 3 months it was ~50% better, but I have kept seeing her every week or two for 6+ months because I find her treatments significantly more effective than massage or chiro. Now I see her every fortnight to loosen up my neck, upper back, and other areas that get tight and sore from training. I've been to chiro and other treatments all my life, and this is by far my favourite.

After the treatment and a nap I felt like a new person. The difference is amazing. I could even pick something up from the floor which made me feel like a superhero Thank you..

I highly recommend the Back Physio! Kate's hands on approach is amazing, I felt a huge improvement after the first session after struggling along with neck and back problems for a long time. Kate's professional and down to earth nature puts you at ease as soon as you enter her lovely private treatment room, set in the beautiful surrounds of North Head.

Kate looks deep into the cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms - she has been incredible for me and has treated 2 different injuries with amazing results. I would highly recommend her for all body parts, not just backs!
