I came into Charmaine before Christmas really dissatisfied with a colour and cut from a different hairdresser. She gave me such an honest consult about how to get my hair back in a good condition. She confidently came up with a plan to restore my hair's colour and condition but did not push any services or products on me. I felt I could be honest with her which is so important to me when picking a hair dresser and she really identified with what I wanted, and instilled confidence in me that she would get me there !
