While Im happy with the end result, I was disappointed with my first visit to Tribe Manly. Simple niceties I look forward to when having my hair done were missing. I was offered only water - No coffee or tea. I was left to wait at the basin for a long time with dropping hair and no towel. Staff put on a happy face, but seemed miserable. I only have my hair done 3 times per year and look forward to the pampering. I wont be back. Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling, Shampoo & conditioning, Hair highlighting

I have had the worst experience at manly tribe. I had an appointment at 9:30. the salon was still closed. At 9:40 a guy came waiting with me. After a while he figured it is his job to open the salon. It turned out my hair stylist. It was is first day, His English language skills were poor. I had repeatedly explained my situation. Due to an autoimmune disease I had lost a lot of hair in 2020. finally my hair had grown back to 85% normal. As I was insecure about my hair after this trauma, I let him convince me to cut layers to create volume. However, I am left with extremely thinned out hair. The other staff at the salon did not even greet me. My hair was not even Styled at the end. From start to finish - it seemed all unprofessional.
