Beautiful customer service and selection on point

Very dissatisfied with the Double Bay store. My wife and I visited yesterday and we were less than impressed with the service from the staff. They were dismissive and unhelpful. My wife asked a question regarding a dress she had seen online and received a blunt short response and the girl just walked away. Wont return to the store and will buy directly from individual designers. Seriously need to look at staff given the large amount of poor reviews.

I visited the Coco and Lola Manly on Saturday and I was so astounded by the experience. The four girls were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to visit this incredible store. The girls also shared that all the brands are Australian Designers. Wow ! what a great display of Aussie talent.

Darcey from the Manly store went above and beyond to track down the skirt I wanted for my hens party. I left it all to the last minute and couldn't be more thankful. When I picked up the skirt there was a lovely personalised note in there, which was such a lovely touch. Amazing customer service! Thank you Darcey xx
