I was gifted a pair of Budgy Smugglers for Christmas that were the wrong size. They were also outside the 90 day returns period however, the store kindly assisted me with an exchange. Ive been to this store several times and always been impressed by the service and selection of swimmer.

Budgy Smugglers - what great and colourful products with genuine Australian humour. Add in an exceptional good service, specifically Zara who ventured through all possible options to find me my specific style and size that was currently out of stock in the store, but before the end of the day, she called to let me know she had secured exactly what I wanted

Brought my first ever pair of budgies at a cafe as I really liked their print and my son had been telling me to get a pair for years. I was proud as punch wearing them and my friends had a good laugh as the print really suited me. Minor defect, so went through the return process. The office team were so professional, keeping me informed regularly and Im so stoked to have received my replacement pair. Thanks team. One very happy customer
