        I spent 30 minutes waiting for the change rooms and no staff bothered to regulate the small number of change rooms and the timing of other customers or the number of items they took in. One girl had over 15 items. When I asked the staff they said there was no limit and that I would just have to wait. I left without buying anything and feeling worthless and invisible. I would have happily spent $100 on their products. Extremely poor service and I am sad that a store that I am a repeated customer at did not bother to ensure a quality shopping experience.
