Ghanda Clothing Macquarie

I went into the store last night and the two girls that were there were so kind and helpful. It was quite busy and although they were flat out working, they still did such a good job. It was such a nice experience to have workers care about your shopping experience. Will definitely be going there again

Im not usually one to do google reviews but as someone who works in a clothing store I was absolutely shocked going in to this store on Sunday at around 4pm. The store was absolutely filthy, there were clothes on the floor everywhere, things misplaced, unbuttoned and unfolded. It was barely shoppable. The workers didnt greet anyone when walking in, they stood around having conversations and not one worker asked if i needed a hand with anything. The line for the change rooms was very long and to get into it you had to walk through a trail of the kids clothes that were scattered on the floor. The service at the counter was not great either and it was overall a really uncomfortable experience. Its a shame really because I absolutely love Ghanda clothes and have been to other stores before with no issues but this one in particular was terrible. I honestly think management need to get involved because I would probably get fired if I ever left the store I work at in this state.

Visited the store on Sunday and even though it was really busy, the workers were really lovely, with a lady at the change rooms in particular helping me pick an outfit out for myself. The only downside is that they only have 2 change rooms and the line was a bit long, but worth the wait!

ive been in on multiple occasions now and the workers seem like they just dont want to be there, none of them smiled once, didnt say anything to me at the counter, just scanned my items and waited for me to tap my card, didnt say the total or anything to let me know it was time to pay, just stood there looking at me. 2 workers were having a conversation while there was a whole lineup of people waiting to check out, one turns around and noticed the line and groans walking over to the counter. ghanda is one of my favourite stores so this is pretty dissapointing to go in and feel like no one wants to be there and its pretty clear to customers
