        Zara was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She suggested a few different pairs of jeans for me to try on. The final suggestion was a pair of Mom jeans, which I was not keen on Mom-style jeans. However, after Zara described the pair of jeans to me, I was happy to try it on. I was sold! Thank you, Zara.

        If you want to hire staff that literally do nothing but sit at the counter and gossip, then General Pants you have wasted your money and probably need to talk to your recruitment agency. I have been to this store multiple times and never received any help and when I do ask for help I get an eye roll of inconvenience. Nawww diddums I'm sorry you actually have to do some WORK when you're at WORK. Really disappointing given that I have such a great experience at your Burwood and City stores. Will not be setting foot in this GP again.
