        I personally dont shop here, but every time Ive walked in with someone who does the staff here have never failed to greet us and offer assistance. Today it was quiet when I walked in and was able to have lovely conversation with some of the staff. Even when theyre really busy their service and friendliness is always top notch. Ive experienced the same thing at the Castle Towers location, Universal know how to pick their employees. Thank you!

        Very grateful to have been served by Tom last week who was a massive help finding the perfect festival outfits for my boyfriend and I. he was super helpful and really knew what he was talking about. Service at this store was awesome
