        If I could rate it for 0 I will! A bad customer service experience. I asked for the new clothes if they have any so I could buy 2. A lady brought a cloth with full wrinkles on it. Also, one of them asked me do I need a bag? But they just gave a bag for the previous customers. Are they discrimination against asian face? It is the second time I feel Macquarie Gorman had bad customer service. I mean this shop has good styles why choose bad customer service ladies to work for you?

        Omg. Two staff in there this morning. I was the only customer in the store. I wanted to buy a skirt. They completely ignored me, carrying on their little conversation with each other. Obviously, I left and gave my money to a different store.

        Very poor experience recently. When I asked a SA for help on an item, it was as if I was inconveniencing her? I couldn't believe her attitude. Very poor. You are paid to do a job and that is to provide customer service - not to show attitude.
