The receptionist is not friendly in fact quite arrogant. She also tells you she will call you back and states a time of day and doesn't. 2 referrals sent stating urgent endoscopy from 2 separate Gps. Says she will call back and she leaves you waiting with no information. Then tells you not to call again to wait for her to call you and then Referes you to go to a hospital if it's serious instead of treating you as a pateint. Its a bloody endoscopy ofcourse it's serious. she palms you off doesnt take the time to do anything or help you understand any issue. Unbelievably unprofessional It's not a hairdressing appointment it's a serious matter and your treated like your not a serious patient. Never been so offended

best doctor/specialist i have ever had. he changed my life and also gave me the nicest surgeon to help with my fundolopication and hernia repair. since i had the endoscopies and surgery 2015 im doing very well. i have my life back thank u doctor abi. very caring and compassionate doctor.
