Movement Therapy EP

I met Eamon during covid when he was training someone else in the park... I had been suffering with my shoulders for years and been to multiple Physiotherapists who showed me some excercises to do but they didnt work. At night time lying on my side I would wake up with pins and needles down my arms. Eamon has been training me for a couple of years now ...concentrating on strengthening my muscles and not just in my shoulders.and now I actually have a good nights sleep but also feel stronger and healthier. I now take my 10 year old and she loves training with me. Really appreciate Eamons encouragment and the way he pushes us both along.

Never had a better trainer! Most consistent results with my health and fitness. Friendly, clean and private space. Non intimidating like a lot of other gyms Ive encountered. Best awkward dancer in Leichhardt too.

Eamon is awesome. I struggle with laziness. I have a million excuses for avoiding exercise. Regular visits to Eamon have made me feel better than I have for years. My aches and pains have gone and I feel alive again - and strong.
