Academic Gastroenterology

Maybe a great dr (Grimm) but reception staff are hopeless. Cancel appointments just because you don't call back that day and then they cancel on you days before because of a conference. Then reschedule you month away to get told there is no appointment and next availability is 3 months away. Mentioned this to another specialist and was told dr is retiring anyway so my appointment in 3 months probably won't happen. Cancelled my appointment and still getting calls about an appointment which I cancelled.

Dr Amany is a great doctor and person, there are no words can disturb how caring is she. Both me and my husband was treated by her. The amazing thing is that wherever I mention her name I will find someone who is so grateful for her.

Dr Gokulan Paven is a true professional, his efficient and caring bedside manner is second to none. Here we are in the middle of a terrible pandemic and getting an appointment in a Public Hospital is difficult to say the least. Dr Paven felt that my case required prioritising and saw to it that I was treated in the a timely fashion, he actually got me in to St George Private with no gap fees! He and his team are exceptional and I have no reservations in recommending his services.

Dr Gokulan Paven was absolutely amazing fitting me in even tho he was booked out. A very professional down to earth doctor who sits down and explains everything properly its not all rush rush. He is very highly recommended by other doctors as he is one of the best in his field. I feel more comfortable with these younger doctors as they are more in touch with the younger generation.
