Dr Engelman himself is great; very competent and professional. I'm sorry to say however, that one particular member of his secretarial staff lacks the most basic elements of professionalism or human courtesy. She has a gift for making patients feel garbage for calling in or interacting with her at all, regardless of the reason, and would perhaps be better served in a different role that didn't require so much human interaction.

Very clever doctor. He clearly knows what he is doing. Why these people would give low scores for administrative issues is unfair.

Dr Engelman is lovely. He is always so gentle and caring and really looks after you. As quite an anxious person, hes exactly the kind of specialist I need, he listens and I trust him completely. As for the people here moaning and groaning about his friendly and attentive reception staff, you probably have no idea the level of work involved and think they just sit there filing their nails and waiting for the phone to ring all day long. They are courteous and hardworking and nothing is ever too much trouble for them or Doctor Engelman. I will always appreciate the attention and care. Great work team!
