I was served by this person named Alicia on Monday. I had very bad experiences in the store.extremely rude sales person I can tell she does not even care to be there at all. Replied me rudely when I told her I am member does not even want to listen while putting through transaction and showing she is passed of that I requested her to put through my membership. I ask her for name she replied me I m not going to tell you my name. Omg never seen such a rude customer service anywhere. Why your company even hire this kind of person to begin with? Never will shop in any supre anyone for my daughter.

Someone needs to teach these girls about customer service which they severely lack! It actually makes you sick how unwelcomed you feel and the looks you receive as if you're beneath them. Couldn't wait to get out and leave and shop online instead. Just shows the difference between women and girls!

need more staff working, busy store with only one staff. changing rooms a massive mess, covered in coat hangers. people obviously stealing as a bunch of tags all over the ground. bad service.

Underfunded, change rooms have chewing gum stuck to walls and door, absolutely disgusting environment on my last visit. The girl working there was extremely unfriendly and unapproachable. Only gave it an extra star as the girls on my second last visit were nice helping me find my size and ordering the tops I wanted online to ship to my place. Probably won't be coming back here unless I have tried it on elsewhere and the place didn't have my size.
