        Generally a fan of Witchery products! The staff were super friendly and helpful contrary to other reviews and didnt rush us at all and helped us with recommendations. Just wish some popular items had more sizing!

        I have never had an issue with Witchery until today. I went in store to return a dress I bought online and was told by the sales assistant that "she could tell it had been washed with fabric softener!" I was completely shocked by the accusation. I told her I had literally taken it out of the plastic packaging it had arrived in, tried it on and then put it straight back in! All the tags were on and the dress was still creased due to the packaging when it was folded! I asked her how she could make such an assessment as the fabric was completely like the other ones in store and I couldn't smell anything different (maybe she was smelling the perfume i was wearing that day). She issued the refund but maintained this crazy view. I left the store with such a sour taste in my mouth. To be accused of something like that is abhorrent to me.... I have always been a good Witchery customer. Now I know why people complain about the sales assistants in this store. So disappointing.....
