American Nails Hurstville

I had the wort experience ever. I normally go to Pearl nails and they are amazing however this time I don't know what made me go here I wanted a pedicure the quoted me $30 then I sat in the chair I told her I had my own colour for shellac and then she charges me $40. They are very very rude rush you in and out and the laugh at you consistently when you aren't happy. I will never ever be going there again. I don't understand how a place can just charge you $10 dollars more for using your own colour that you have bought and paid money for. Please avoid this nail place otherwise you will just be spending wasted money and will be very disappointed with the end result.

DO NEVER GO THERE!!! Such a worthless place. The woman who did my manicure was so not professional and did a very bad job. They were not even busy. It seems like she can't be bothered to do the hand spa treatment but a girl who came after me got it from another staff. Didn't want to argue. Just learnt my lesson. I will never go back again. It ruined my day and my nails' look.

DO NOT GO HERE. They ruined a work colleague's nails and took an hour and forty minutes to do it. If you can go somewhere else you should. On top of ruining her nails (taking that long and not even having time for shellac) they laughed at her when she inquired about the process when she saw it was going incorrectly. Be careful when trusting someone with your nails and know this is not the place to get the gold star standard.

Worst nail experience of my life. They told me they could do my nails in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later I was still waiting. Once they started they filed right to my nail bed, burning my nail. I am still in pain. They did the acrylic way too thick and the wrong shape and when I questioned it the man doing my nails laughed at me! They rushed me out and my nail polish was smudged but I could not stand to be there any longer. On top of that they charged me more for this bad job than any other salon I've been to! Avoid at all costs.

didnt feel very valued, i was rushed in and out. i made an appointment with one of the ladies then when i went in they changed who i normally deal with. i got quoted a price over the phone and when i went in it suddenly went up. my nails have bubbles and are already peeling withing 2 days of having shellac.
