Venus Nails Hurstville

"I recently went to this Beautician to get my eyebrows waxed, but unfortunately the staff member who did it ended up peeling off some of my sister skin. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed with the experience. However, I will say that the staff wasn't apologetic too even though they knew that she ended up with peeling off skin.I hope that they take steps to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future and i doesn't like to recommend to any one to visit here.I have attached picture. I came here n got my toes n nails done!! Firstly the nail polish isnt the same on my toes!! Secondly my nails are another story! I had to go back again to get the design fixed n it wasnt smooth!! The black was all chipping away!! N 2 weeks later they already grown out heaps like they didnt put them on properly so they grown out quick!! My thumb n pinky nails are so badly chipped I will never came back here Im even thinking of going in n telling them face to face as they need more experience so many bad reviews.. The worst place for everything I paid $140 First of all they dont value peoples time, make you wait saying 15 mins 15 mins i wait for hell 1 hr 20 mins before work i was in my nursing uniform and i clearly told them i need to go to work then the lady started doing my nails i got SNS done did a terrible job i was already hell late for work i kept on reminding her about me having to catch train and asking her to do it quick for me but she was on her phone time and again My mom did her pedicure and acrylic gel nails i told them coffin shape absolutely devastated when i came home and saw the nails were round shaped and the nail polish was not even done properly most of the nails were empty. You guys got one job to do cmon do a better job. This place definitely needs more experienced staffs and who knows how to speak English amd understand english because they accuse customers if they do anything wrong they accuse customers that they said something else in the beginning and changed their mind later. Definitely not a place to go Terrible!!! Services: Nail extensions, Dip powder

I don't know what's with the negative reviews. The lady with long black hair in her 50s I think she is lovely and very well taken care of me. Foot message is aaammmmaaazzzzziiiinnngg.
