They won't ever cut corners or promise you something that they can't deliver. They did a great job on my hair, my hair got a complicated case because I had my hair dyed black before. They tried as much as they can to come up with what I like. Which they did. But yeah, my hair is a hard case. They gave me an extra complimentary hair color session for final touch up which I loved!! Also they served snack while youre on it. The manager really did a great job explaining everything and I love my last hair wash session with a bit of a scalp massage!! Will definitely go back! :-) Just an update 26/04 Hair fall and hair is too dry & damaged. I just hope next time they hold back if they know that it is a hard case. Ive been coming to see Charles for years. From long hair to short hair, he did his magic to my hair regardless. I always get asked about my hair colour and my only answer is H one salon. I highly recommend this place. Charles and his team always make sure that I am happy with the result. Charles never lets me leave the salon without making sure everything is perfect. He also recommends products and how to look after your hair which is not easy to find in hairdressers these days. My first impression was when he told me honestly that my hair at that time cannot be bleached because it was very damaged. His honesty got me to start coming to his place since then. Thank you Charles and your team for their attentive service and honesty over the years. I will see you soon as usual!
