Theres a queue when I walk in. I wait my turn. When its my turn, I sit down and try to tell him what I want. Hes not even listening; hes just looking at the queue and trying to get started. He goes so fast that hes literally jamming the clippers and pulling my hair out by the roots. Hes done in 5 minutes. He also cuts half of the fringe too short and leaves half long I asked for it to be even from the start when he clearly wasnt listening. I tried to tell him and he just argued with me. It was so infuriating that he didnt care to listen to what I want, then did what I told him not to, and then had the audacity to argue with me afterwards that I just felt sick and angry and left without letting him touch my hair anymore. My family has been going here for than a decade and we will continue support this business. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. There can be a slight wait time, but the cutting service is relatively quick. Angel is absolutely fantastic at custom hair colouring. She actually listens to your idea and will careful plan what's the best for your hair treatment. I highly recommend this place.
