Arrived 4:45pm to do a simple 100 point ID check. Was told the system is down I understood that as we are clocking off and dont want to help you. Can I get that system malfunction verified?

I recently had an interaction with Nathan from NAB that left me extremely disappointed with the service provided. From the moment our conversation began, Nathan displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude, failing to listen to my concerns and offering minimal assistance. Despite my attempts to explain my situation, Nathan seemed uninterested in helping me resolve my issue and provided minimal guidance, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsupported. In addition, his tone was often condescending and dismissive, making the experience even more unpleasant. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, Nathan fell short of these expectations. I would caution others to approach interactions with Nathan with caution, as his lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude may lead to a similarly unsatisfactory experience. Overall, I would not recommend Nathan or NAB based on this interaction.
