        As a life time customer of another bank, and making a decision to change Catherine Lu made that choice so much easier. She went above and beyond. Catherine even went to the point of contacting me after hours to let me know my money had transferred over. Everytime my husband and i walk into the bank Catherine remembers our names. Her customer service is 100% Thank you Catherine for making us feel like we have known you for ever Anna and Jack

        Westpac Hurstville staff definitely need to do a revision in customer service and how to enhance a customer experience. Inattentive, rude and more importantly unhelpful. So what if the policy is this or that, you are front line customer service person if you don't like serving the customer with a smile or show empathy you should not be working there. No wonder branches are closing. Westpac people like to go to a branch so clean up your act and upskill your staff in the customer service experience.
