Horrible staff .Lisa her name was at the Hornsby store . The most horrible customer service ever. Please dont go there especially if you are pregnant. They need to be reported as they refused to a refund for a faulty product. Never going back!!!!!

Staff was extremely helpful and the clothing design range is rather nice. However the clothes, even on sale are still a little pricey. 2 knitted jumpers for $100 altogether on sale seems a little steep in price.

The lady at the store is extremely rude. I was refused a refund of a dress which was damaged. The credit note given was disputed. While raising concerns , the lady behaved extremely unprofessional, unethical and came across threatening me. I left the store crying. The mall security witnessed her rude behaviour, apologised me on her behalf and suggested that I should lodge a complaint on fair trade. I was forced to buy something that I am not convinced with. I request anyone and everyone who is reading this review to NOT make the mistake of buying anything from this store.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! If I could provide ZERO stars I would. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Naked Art - Hornsby, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. Not only did they refuse to provide a refund for a faulty product, but they also displayed discriminatory behavior towards pregnant women. Exclaiming Its just a clip. The jacket wont do up anyway, as it wont fit over your stomach. First and foremost, I purchased a product from Naked Art - Hornsby that turned out to be defective right from the beginning. Lisa advised me that she had had no other issues with the same product in her store, until I located another issue on a different sized product. Once again I was given the same excuse of human error and she can sew it back on. Understandably, I wanted a refund. However, the store assistant adamantly refused to assist me with a refund. Her argument was that I had already opened the product, taken the product home and tampered with it, voiding any possibility of a refund. The store assistant called her supplier which turned out to be her employer, to confirm they cant provide a refund. The Kotara employee/employer happily displayed her rude and unethical behaviour, whilst on loud speaker, clearly accusing me of damaging their property. I was advised I tampered with their product on purpose, for a change of mind refund. They both advised me on their store policy which I acknowledged, although I clearly stated the ACCC rights as a consumer. Naked Art - Hornsbys policy is both unreasonable and unfair, especially when the defect was not due to any fault of my own. It is disheartening to encounter such lack of customer care and refusal to take responsibility for selling defective merchandise. ESPECIALLY when businesses are required to follow the law and why we as consumers have a right and are protected under the ACCC (Australia's nationalcompetition, consumer, fair trading and product safety regulator). To compound my disappointment, I later discovered that Naked Art - Hornsby also discriminates against pregnant women. When I visited the store while visibly pregnant, I was treated with utter disrespect and disregard. The store assistant seemed disinterested in assisting me, and their lack of empathy was palpable. I knew you were trouble. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of basic human rights and ethical business practices. As a pregnant woman, I expected to be treated with the same level of respect and dignity as any other customer. Sadly, Naked Art - Hornsby and the owner of the business failed to meet even the most basic standards of fairness and equality. Discrimination has no place in today's society, and it is disheartening to see a business engage in such discriminatory practices. I strongly advise everyone to reconsider supporting Naked Art - Hornsby. Their refusal to provide refunds for faulty products and discriminatory treatment towards pregnant women showcase a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic human decency. There are plenty of other establishments that prioritise customer service and respect, and I would encourage you to choose those over Naked Art - Hornsby. I shortly after spoke with Hornsby Westfields Centre security, whom advised that this store has faced them with many challenges. I was advised there is little they can do, and encouraged me to put in a complaint to Westfield Hornsby and the ACCC. My experience with Naked Art - Hornsby was nothing short of horrendous. Their refusal to offer a refund for a faulty product and their discriminatory treatment towards pregnant women are inexcusable. I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for others, urging them to take their business elsewhere and support establishments that uphold fair practices and treat all customers equally.
