Good range of clothing and decently priced. However the girls working are not very helpful and condescending. Will go to different Ally fashion store in the future.

Rude staff. I was shopping with my fiance for a dress on Saturday 6 November between 4:30pm and 4:45pm. The sign said the store was open until 5:00pm but the two staff ignored us while we were looking at the dresses and seemed more focused on closing the store. While my fiance was trying on one of the dresses in front of the mirror, one of the staff went into the changing booth my fiance had been in and attempted to take my fiancees OWN clothes before I noticed and intervened. The staff member did make a brief apology but offered no assistance / customer service to my fiance. We left as soon as my fiance could change back into her own clothes and took our business somewhere else.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. I've worked in retail for a long time and never seen such appalling customer service. The blonde girl that was working Monday 17 May in the morning was absolutely disgraceful. Not one single greeting the entire 40 min I was in the store. No assistance with clothes when I was trying them on and shopping, no eye-contact or even a smile when I looked in her direction. She did not move from behind the counter the entire time. When I placed my items on the counter to pay she didn't acknowledge me because she was eating food behind the counter. I then said "just these thanks" and she still didn't say anything, just proceeded to scan the clothes. The first thing she said to me the entire time was that they wouldn't accept returns on sale items if I changed my mind. So disappointing, I will not be returning back to this store.

Trash behaviour of one of the employee on the shift today. No complaint about clothes but I went to Hornsby westfield Ally Fashion on 25 May evening, the blonde girl working at the shop was winging how busy she was and saying how busy and horrible day was today for her in front of the customers in a loud voice. she was so rude to me. she said you should bring the coat hanger in trial room with the clothes, not even kidding with straight face. she did not even greet while coming and leaving the store, absolutely rude behaviour. never going to the store again. she should not be in customer service at least. Just for the rudeness I will not even give 1 star.
