        The workers refused to certify my passport because it was an "invasion of their privacy." Pathetic.

        Worst experience ever. If I could give a minus star I would. Went in on Saturday to lodge my daughters passport application, got told they dont do passport on weekend. Then got told I have to bring my old passport as well, but cant come back on the same day as they wont take it in. I have to come on a weekday! What a horrible experience! Will never go in there again! Horrible attitude, no appreciation of other peoples time at all!

        The man with the feminine voice is condescending and pretentious. Please replace this man or train him better. The post office around the corner on coronation - or even 10min away Normanhurst is worth the trip to not have to deal with this poor representative of aus post.
