Bad place. Expensive products unlike other places, rude staff and no compassion for customers especially the old chick with the glasses is so full of it. Get a life!

This is an awful chemist, but the prices are low, so I still shop there. The staff either don't understand their own systems or just don't care, and will happily quote one price and then charge another, refusing to honour it. I've been patronising this store for years, and their service is in steady decline. If you you happen to have a transaction which is free from problems, then you will be happy with the low price, but be prepared to need to return to the store to have them fix mistakes. Also be prepared to need to give them extra help when searching their systems for scripts that they have been sent, as their staff don't know how to properly store or locate records. Be prepared to deal with staff members who will justify lying to you "because we're busy". Be prepared that if you use the Chemist Warehouse application to have your scripts prepared, you will need to phone them to let them know as well. Be prepared that if you have a script emailed to them, you will need to produce your own copy of that script as well, as they aren't able to search email records properly. Be prepared that they will try to override a GP's instruction to use over-the-counter medication if you don't have a written script (for the over-the-counter medication).
