No customer service. Return policy is very unreasonable. Staff doesn't acknowledge you only when you pay for your items. Priceline is better. Friendly and helpful staff. I will never shop in chemist warehouse again.

Rude staff when calling to check if prescription was in stock.

Could the tall, large waisted man at the customer counter bring his work appropriate manners to his work as ethic instead and not use condescension and do not project condescending manners to customers if a customer's card is declined at the counter and don't forget that we can use the same condescension on you, if it is good enough for you to use on us, big boy.
