I recently had an injury to my ankle and needed to see a physio fairly quickly so I went to the first place I could get into. I saw Sam Daly in Hornsby and he was fantastic. He explained everything clearly to me, about how the injury happened and each time I saw him he gave me exercises to do based on how I was progressing. With the added reminder of the app and being able to communicate with Sam through that, I kept on top of my exercises and my injury healed very well. I now have the understanding and knowledge to help in preventing it from happening again. Sam had a great professional positive attitude and he made the experience almost enjoyable :) Thanks Sam!

Had a great experience with Kyle. He was able to help with a diagnosis and problem with my wrist that another physio said simply needed rest, and was very helpful and friendly in all my visits. Would recommend :)
