        I was in this store today & overheard an elderly lady ask the shop if she could use a toilet. They denied her. I then told the elderly lady I'd help her find a toilet. I took the lady to a neighbouring business who had no issue allowing the lady to use their toilet. The lady also told me she was 91 years old. Well done to the neighbouring business and a huge thumbs down to Vinnies for not helping this woman. We understand that you don't like letting customers use your toilets but fair go.....the lady was elderly. Where was your help when an elderly person needs help. You're certainly not kind hearted at all. You are a vile, evil and disgraceful organisation who is far from helpful. Absolutely disgusting behaviour towards the elderly lady.
