Having been under the care of Sunnyside Clinic for some time now, I feel duly qualified to comment on this medical practice and their wonderful staff. I live with mental health issues that have been exacerbated by having a stroke within the last year at age 56. Specifically Dr Ram, who has provided me multiple appointments and at all times been courteous , understanding, patient and importantly consistent. Dr Ram, is also professional and highly knowledgeable and explains matters, rather than simply dictate outcomes. The "Team Sunnyside" supports in reception and admin equally are caring, helpful and diligent in their duties, making all contacts comfortable and efficient. Mark

Second time here, I've been treated well both times and my doctor, Dr Ram is helpful and seems very knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied so far.

Unsatisfied with Receptionist w breakaway consulting rooms. Staff are persistently refusing to provide my Insurer a conclusive report & refuse to provide me my full medical records held by Dr Jag Andepalli I could not recommend this practice, inconclusive Medical Treatment withheld Medical Records, Persistent Appointments change from 75 Minutes into 15 Minute Telehealth

I had a very confusing experience here.I previously knew Dr Zubaran from my stay at a public hospital.I spoke to the receptionist about making an appointment.My gp made a referral and faxed it through.I called them back and they said they could not take care of my needs.They had previously said they could get me an appointment in December.I have a few physical problems but not enough to warrant this excuse.They rejected my referral and said they had too many people waiting for appointments.They denied Dr Zubaran had worked at the public hospital as well.I asked if they worked with mood disorders and she said some of them do.I got a text message the next day saying they are not accepting new patients.Im disgusted and shocked!I need a psychiatrist who can help me with my medication.I just dont understand it.
