PRP Diagnostic Imaging

my spouse arm was infected after having injection for imaging in PRP. denies responsibility and no follow up. staff are rude, doctor is non existent. I am seeking legal option. Update: after PRP posted comment on this review. I had put through again feedback to the link provided. PRP had given no update or attempt to contact after few months.

Polite, efficient and a pleasant experience. After a total debacle with PRP Eastwood ,(see my review) we were referred to Hornsby and despite limited travel time - we made it. A busy office with pleasant staff who welcomed us and confirmed my/out details (pity Eastwood did not do that)) and we took a seat and in no time we were ushered in. All the tests were completed quickly and efficiently and the staff members were all so nice during the process. I happily paid after the great service - and their machines work. Great place, handy to everything and so easily assessable. Well done - you have improved my opinions of ghe budiness.

I have now been here twice and have been extremely impressed by the service I have received. The first time I had to take my kids and they arranged to have someone look after them whilst I had an X-ray. And the staff member that I dealt with today was 100% 5 star! Highly recommend

They cancel the first appointment with zero notice, which was bad since my wife had to take time off to get the proceedure done. Reception was rude and billing department have no clue, send bill months after, we were been told the proceedure was bulk billed but they now say this was a mistake. Adding to the list of providers to avoid.
