I made an in person appointment. What can go wrong? Even though it took 20 minutes to book a MRI/X-ray for next available (10 days time) thats ok. Received a call 1 day prior to appointment to call them and reschedule! Thats a bit strange!! Call and on hold for 16 minutes, then phone answered, I advised them of the message I received and put on hold again for another 13 minutes. So 29 minutes in, advised they made a mistake and that date/time is full. Agreed to a new time 5 days later @08.00. Then when going through all the same Qs that were answered to complete initial booking, was advised my booking is confirmed for 07.30!! Said that booking was 08.00 and cant do 07:30 as dropping my son at the bus and 07:30 wasnt an option. Im now 45 minutes into this disaster and put back on hold waiting for the team leader of the contact centre.. stay tune for PART 2 - exciting!!

Not happy , you have to wait 7 days before you can access your results, so youre stressing out for 7 days , ..

Great to be able to make an online booking on a weekend. Meant I could get an appointment on a Monday morning.
