My son had his first eye test today. I was so impressed by the service of Dr Zinn. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and my son even said it was a fun experience. I have been to other optometrists who make you feel like you are just another number on a production line, which is not the case here. I will absolutely be going here from now on and will be recommending to my family and friends.

Very expensive glasses but not od high quality. My partner has been the customer for years and had always gone back for re-fitting, screws undone etc. I don't recommend their products and services

Very bad experience!!! My daughter and I booked a normal eyesight check in the OPSM Westfield Hornsby. But the optometrist didn't explain the extra charge of the item to me before taking me to do the check. When i check out, I was told to be charged $60 for the special item checking which is not covered in Medicare. The item is actually not a necessary item for normal eyesight checking. I submit the complaint on 25 Aug 2022 and neither the store manager or leader contacted me yet. Which is really disappointing experience!
