Terrible terrible service. This company says they do children's vision what a lie that is. I rang and asked if they do testing for a nearly 3 year old who has an obvious eye issue. The optometrist expected him to do things well beyond his age even stating 'this is for 6year olds'. In the end sending us home saying his eye muscles are fine, I never mentioned his eye muscles. We had to get a second opinion to find out our child is extremely far sighted and needs glasses. I do not recommend this place.

Had a phone call one hour prior to the appointment, saying that theyd like to reschedule as they want us to try the trial lens when they arrive. Re booked and waited 2 more weeks. Left early from work and arrived there only to find out the trial lens are not still ready, in fact they did not even place an order.

Great friendly staff and had an appointment for my son scheduled in an hour. Great customer service and optometrist was very professional and advised me on my sons prescription and vision issues. Would highly recommend.

Optometrist service is fantastic, unfortunately the shop service was a let down. My contact lens order was wrongly processed twice. First the type was wrong, second time the price was wrong. Also ordered replacement lenses for my old specs, this itself costing $300+ (total ~$750 with the contact lenses). Would be nice to have courtesy service like replacing the old nose pads, which didn't happen. They didn't even give a hard case which other shops freely give. The nylon on one side snapped after a year. This never happened to other lens replacements I had from other shops. I hope they can be more organised next time.
