Money hungry, went back on their word. Called to ask for help with set up and was told they were in the email... Would never use this company again. Would stick to packserv. Check both company's reviews xx UPDATE: -We understood the point about not being able to buy - Not a problem -Our entire staff did have a problem with your owner (Scott) threatening to write a bad review against us and saying 'What goes around comes around' unless we removed our review -Aside from the fact he never mentioned any of our issues or tried to resolve them, we feel our review was justified with this one call We wish you well, we are entitled to voice our view and we won't be bullied into changing it.
