        great service & prices on a equal with kennards but cheaper

        Have always had good service from this company however recently I hired a chainsaw that failed to cut green timber. The technician refitted another chain and he could not get it to cut through a sample of my green timber. I refused to continue with the hire and was charged $66.00. It had been used for a max of 10 minutes. Surely a bit more leniency could have been shown.

        Hanging up on the phone twice while talking to customer. Charging $160 for pickup! I think Fairtrading is my next step after rude customer service.
