Hamilton Executive Apartments

Where do I start? Booked at Hamilton Exec Apartments and find out on arrival they moved us to Chifleys apartment without any notification. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment, arrived to find out they gave us a 1 bedroom apartment. Prepay $20 per night parking but parking is not guaranteed. After 1 night, their advice was to park in another companys carspace since it was Easter weekend. The stove did not work, their advice was to buy your own torch to light up the gas stove. The water from the tap came out so hard you have a shower when washing your hands. Carpark smells of rubbish so bad. Unprofessionally, they hung up while talking over the phone about the issues. Apart from location, highly not recommended. Never stay in these apartments again.

Hot water wasn't working. Called for assistance. Rude manager said it wasn't possible for hot water not to be working due to all apartments sharing the same system. Asked for partial refund as we could not shower. Manager said refund has to be requested before checking out. This is NOT true. Please google and learn about your consumer rights. However if possible do not stay here. Service was abysmall. Noteworthy details: They will ignore your compliant. They will also ignore New South Wales Fair Trading. If anything goes wrong you will have to lodge a claim with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal which will cost you $. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Yuk. Needs money spent on a good clean. Very poor standards. Was going to give it three stars for the new fridge and tiles throughout but then overall issues just overwhelmed that. Dirty, dripping brown aircon unit, filthy windows and tracks, filthy blinds, pest issues, cockroaches in dishwasher, tiny moth things in showers and squashed into blinds, toilet seat loose, as you can see from previous reviews. This has been like this for months. Maintenance very poor, loose, toilet roll holder, nowhere to put your soap in the shower, no sink plugs in bathroom, real bad scum build up in bathroom basins (use cream cleanser, its not that hard!!) no broom that we could see, bedside light switch faulty, couldnt use. Pillow case underneath stained. Entry process useless, had to ring twice to get codes that werent sent. Dog that barks all hours close by. Would not recommend at all. Guys its not that hard to do an in-depth clean once a month, maintenance is a must! Especially when it has been reported. Spend some money on this and you could have happy guests. A bomb.
