The most woeful experience ever! We had a total of 6 rooms booked for a nearby event. After a number of phone calls to obtain the access code one room was deemed to have a maintenance issue and unavailable. One room was not made up from the previous occupants and we were advised housekeeping had gone home so it wouldnt be done. Another appeared to be made up however had stains & hair in the bedding, mould everywhere in the bathroom and a toilet bowl that had not been cleaned. We were offered to stay at another location 15 minutes away however this was not an option for the event we were attending. We had stayed at that property before and it is terrible also. There was no communication about the outcome of our rooms and we had to source alternative accommodation for a number of guests. Absolutely no one on site to speak to. Oh and the beds are ridiculous thread bare you can feel every spring. Minus 5 stars. We will never stay with alloggio again.

Reasonable accommodation perhaps a bit overpriced. No parking so had to park on a side street where my car was hit by someone during the night damaging my drivers side door. Not their fault but still, parking would be a nice option to have, and lack of parking is the one reason why I wouldn't stay there again

Hard to get in none to contact.finally found a way in.the Studio was excellent and clean.
