Failed on a number of accounts. We drove from Sydney to Central Coast to see 2 properties - after waiting for 2 hours to see the second property, no call as promised, no contact or follow-up up as promised. Utterly incompetent & unprofessional.

Lisa in Gittoes has been very helpful, from renting to buying property, it has been a really good experience. She explained and checked everything to me.
