Smith Property Agents East Gosford are very professional. My Husband & I have dealt mainly with Cherie there & have found her very helpful & a nice person. If you have any questions, she can answer them & point you in the right direction. The other girls there are lovely & polite. Would recommend this Agency to anyone who likes Staff who do not fob you off, & with Cherie if she is asked to do something, she does it. Would recommend this Agency. Regards Robyn.

Smith properties managed my rental property in Point Frederick for the past two years. Mostly pleasant to deal with but I did find them a bit lenient towards the tenant who caused damage to the property and left it in an unclean condition, costing me extra cleaning and repair fees.
