Renting a property and taking care of it, inspection at the end of contract it not easy and it requires a help and good supports from the agents. It is very important to understand who is handling this for you in the agency. I am more than happy with Brooke White. I purchased my investment property and also had it managed through Nikki Fowler and her team at Raine & Horne East Gosford back in 2017.
