Chad is an excellent physio and has helped me better understand what is wrong with my shoulder injury from rugby and what exercises I can do to maintain joint stability and strengthen the muscles.

After feeling really defeated for years about my back issues I went to Russell with little hope. I never expected that after such a short amount of time I would be pain free and feeling confident to move and get back to every day tasks that Id been unable to do. The bounce back class and clinic treatments have really made such an improvement to my quality of life.

Outstanding care at this wonderful practice. Wouldnt go anywhere else for my physiotherapy. The Physios are knowledgeable and caring and the front desk staff are lovely too.

I would travel far to come and see Russell. I have had excruciating hip pain for yrs, where sometimes it got so bad that I found it difficult to walk towards the end. The pain eventually travelled all the way down to my feet daily. My gp recommended I see Russell and oh boy was I glad I did. Russell's ability to pin point, diagnose and start treating the issue was literally in the first session. But the affects have lasted, even when I haven't been as dedicated to fixing the issue as I should have been. I now don't have any sessions booked in as I'm managing the issue at home by myself, which is great for my wallet. My dad was also seeing another physio there and he only said the other day that if he lived closer and was able to get there he would love to go back as they also helped him build confidence. They are affordable, lovely, friendly, professional and I would recommend them to anyone, even if you had to travel an hr to get here. If only I had before and after shots of my posture to show the difference. It has literally changed my life I could not be more grateful.
