Jonathan is an excellent psychotherapy practitioner, facilitating a professional yet safe and comfortable place and service. His service has guided me to find resolution with past traumas by employing a number of different therapy methods, in which I found vital in understanding my own trauma through different perspectives. In his care, rather than feeling like I am under the microscope, he facilitates the sessions to allow you take control of how the sessions are to be conducted, providing you with the power to regain or acquire control over your life - as your should. Overall, my experience with Jonathan has surpassed my expectations, and has delivered a service other therapist could not.

Jono is an incredible therapist. He knows exactly when to listen and when to push but always with a gentle kindness that allows you to be in control of your sessions but go where you need to. He is dedicated to helping people and the way he practices and speaks to you, you can really tell.

Jono has been incredibly helpful at assisting me delve into some very personal issues around anxiety and self-worth. It has been more than simply management of these issues but also a process of understanding their origins. Ive come out of this experience believing schema therapy could be of benefit to everyone.
