I cannot describe in words how much I recommend Johnny. He changed my life for the better in ways I never thought possible. If you are reading this and have any hesitations, all I will say is give it a go. His compassion, patience and expertise genuinely changed the trajectory of my life and looking back now (2 years after first meeting him) I can't imagine what my life would be like had I not decided to give it a go. No matter who you are or where you come from, Johnny has the ability to provide you with tools that will allow you to live a better and more fulfilled life. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain!

Patient, Attentive, Professional, Reliable. Ive enjoyed weekly sessions with Johnny for 8 years (since 2014) and its been a pleasure working with him. Johnny is a warm professional therapist who deeply cares for his clients with continuous support on many situations with the knowledge of DBT, CBT, EMDR & SFT. Johnny has a breath of experience and knowledge in mental health including depression, anxiety, personality disorders and also including life areas (social, family and career). Johnny is located close to the inner-west, around the corner to Sydney Uni. Minutes walk from MacDonald Station and Redfern Station with many bus stops close by. The rooms used for your sessions are neat, tidy and have a relaxing vibe with plants and calming music played throughout the building. For those sensory lovers, there is a range of materials, devices and gadgets to entertain the nerves or busy minds during the sessions - including the cute dog PJ, who is very approachable and social. She loves pats and if invited, will sit on your lap and enjoy your attention. I couldnt recommend Johnny and his team enough.

Im been working with Johnny for about three years now. Johnny has been so wonderful in helping me work through a wide range of issues that ive had from body issues, depression and anxiety to suicide ideation. Johnny has been exceptional at holding space for me, as Ive worked through these complex issues. Johnny comes from a deeply compassionate place. I would highly recommend working with Johnny if you are needed support in your life.

I wholeheartedly recommend Johnny for anyone looking for a therapist. He is warm, witty, bright and has set me on the right path in life. His approach to therapy is holistic and thorough. I especially recommend Johnny to young people who have struggled to connect to a psychologist. He is relatable, non-judgmental, and has real and valuable life experience. He also makes a good oatmilk coffee!

I cannot speak more highly of Johnny or his approaches to therapy. Johnny is one hundred percent genuine, personable and professional. He goes above and beyond to be available for his clients and I look forward to sharing in our sessions each week. I have particularly found benefit in our recent EMDR sessions which focus on reframing current beliefs about myself due to trauma. I feel that Johnny sincerely cares and wants the absolute best for his clients. I have seen a number of therapists in the past and am so grateful to have found Johnny.
