        This can be a hard decision for a man as there is a lot of rumours around what will happen. I went to Matthew as he specialises in this one procedure and I figured had seen it all. Matthew made it completely stress free. We had a chat and at the end we were finished. He said there might be post operative discomfort. I assumed this is doctor code for pain. There was none when the anaesthetic wore off there was next to no discomfort I had no problems sitting and doing my normal days work. I would say if you have finished having children just get this done as it is easy, pain free and best way for a couple to manage contraception.
