Dr Kylie Snook

Kylie is an amazing Dr, and I really felt heard. I was left in despair after having been initially referred to another surgeon who offered me very limited solutions options. After meeting with Kylie as a female Dr she really understood my concerns and genuinely cared about what I wanted and needed and helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I am so so glad I was introduced to Kylie and that she was able to take me on board and introduced me to Dr Fred Clarke. Both Drs are amazing and are doing a brilliant job helping women and giving us better options. Kylie was very thorough, and balanced. She gave me the treatment I needed to treat my condition without going overboard. Im so thankful for the result.

I called to book an appointment and admin said I have to send the report and images and referral via email first then they will contact me to give an appointment. So I downloaded all images from I-MED (more than 50 images) and did scan the referral and I-MED report and attached them and sent email. Then received the email that I have to change the format to pdf because the admin can't open png image format. So I called again that I spent more than 3 hours to download all images from IMDE (I also included the link of IMED ) and when you want the pdf why you didn't tell me before! She said because most of patient sent pdf format! The attitude of answering patient by admin of Dr Snook was so *irresponsible* and not even put herself in trouble to open png file which is basic standard of all images in the web or inform patient before sending information. In other word it shows how Dr. Snook value the patient and their treatment!!
